The sale of House Coal is now restricted however we have some excellent alternatives some of which produce a higher heat output but with less ash. As mentioned above, the sale of house coal is restricted in England but if you are in Scotland or Wales please call us as we can arrange the sale of house coal to clients within these areas.

Commercial sales area acceptable. For example, pubs, hotels and book stores can still buy house coal in England. If you are a commercial customer with an open fire please contact us as we can arrange the sale of house coal to you on receipt of proof of being a registered business.

Our premium grade house coal trebles are a larger cola size than doubles. They are around 3″ to 6″ in size and are suitable for open fires. This is the fuel of choice for homeowners who want a long lasting burn and a high amount of heat. In addition to to this our house coals also provide a low ash amount which for many people is a nice luxury when compared to some lower grade coals. Our coal is fairly light weight meaning moving coals into your fire isn’t too much of an effort. Unlike some fuels these are quick to light making lighting your stove or fire that bit easier.
